What You’ll Experience

An experience that is not meant to be just a cooking school, the participants will bring with them the authentic flavor of Calabria. An immersive experience for those who want to discover the authentic traditions of the place they visit. A cooking school located in a unique location, surrounded by a vineyard and entirely renovated in raw earth according to the tradition of the place. The environment, designed to enhance the local construction method, reflects harmony with nature and the landscape. During the course, participants learn to prepare typical dishes of Calabrian cuisine, such as typical local pasta, using local and seasonal ingredients, while at the same time, tasting good wine they will explore the construction techniques handed down from generation to generation. The experience is enriched by the beauty of the surrounding landscape, which creates an authentic and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for rediscovering the link between culinary tradition and sustainability.
